Please read these terms before using WarrantySafe. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What WarrantySafe is

WarrantySafe is a personal warranty and product-document locker. It helps you store product information, photographs of bills and warranty cards, and reminders before warranties expire.

WarrantySafe is a personal organisational tool. It is not a legal document repository, a warranty-enforcement service, or a substitute for keeping original documents. We do not guarantee that information extracted from documents is accurate or legally valid.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact sales@qubixvirtual.in immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these terms, created for abusive purposes, or left inactive for an extended period.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the product photos, bill images, warranty documents, and related content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant WarrantySafe a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without consent.
Do not upload illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory material.
Do not upload malware or harmful code.

4. AI-assisted data extraction

When you use the photo-capture feature, your images may be processed by a third-party AI service to extract product and warranty information.

This extraction is best-effort and may not be accurate. Dates, amounts, invoice numbers, and product details should always be verified against the original document before you rely on them for a claim.

5. Service availability

WarrantySafe is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

Keep original paper documents in a safe place. WarrantySafe is a convenience tool, not your only backup.

6. Paid features

The current version of WarrantySafe is free to use. If paid features are introduced later, they will be clearly marked and separate pricing terms will apply.

7. Limitation of liability

Loss of data due to technical failure
Inaccurate information extracted by the AI flow
Missed warranty claims caused by incorrect dates or reminders
Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of WarrantySafe is at your own risk.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from the use of WarrantySafe are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the last-updated date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
